My printer jammed when I was trying to print a route sheet to get to a Cheap Eats restaurant.  For the life of me, I couldn’t extract the last bits of crumpled up paper.  So, I bungeed the printer to the back of a bicycle and rode to the nearby Computer Repair Store and Internet Cafe.  At first, the guy there couldn’t figure out how to extract the jammed paper without taking the printer apart, which would have cost more in labor than the printer was worth. However, the ride over jarred loose a latch on the printer that I hadn’t before realized was a latch. And, lo and behold, opening that latch gave access to a way to unjam the paper!  So, back home, reconnect the printer and ta-da, it works.  Hardware debugging via bicycle.
